The biggest time suck in real estate marketing? Writing.

But here’s the truth: you don’t have to do it all yourself. AI can learn your voice and write for you… and if properly trained, it can do it so well that no one will know the difference.

Here’s how to train ChatGPT to write like you:

1️⃣ Feed It Your Writing – Upload past emails, blog posts, or captions. The more, the better.
2️⃣ Define Your Tone – Are you polished? Conversational? Sarcastic? Make it clear.

3️⃣ Use Clear Prompts – Don’t say, “Write a listing description.” Say, “Write a fun, engaging listing description for a modern farmhouse that will likely be purchased by retirees.”
4️⃣ Refine with Feedback – AI learns fast, but your tweaks make it bulletproof.
5️⃣ Create a Content Shortcut – Save your best prompts and reuse them—hello, efficiency.

Example Prompt You Can Steal:
